Hello again! Today In this post we will be diving deep into discussing RVLATION’s brand values and how we plan to execute said values.

To begin, I would like to reiterate we are a faith based brand. Many brands now claim this title but very view work to make sure each and every detail of the brand is made to execute God’s plan. While others look to reduce costs and use cheap materials and cheap labor, at RVLATION I pledge to use ethical manufacturing and quality materials.

The way RVLATION will bring this to fruition is by carefully choosing suppliers and manufacturing partners that share our values of fair wages, sustainability and ethical production. With this it must be said that there are a few places I simply cannot manufacture due to an inability to monitor our strict ethical standards. The main example of this is China, while china may have many great factories that are ethical, I don’t have the resources or ability to make sure that those factories comply with my standards, therefore I cannot work with them.

As for the materials, RVLATION pledges that: “If the material does not come from God it’s not us.” this simple message establishes RVLATION as a brand set not to comply to industry norms but to radically move towards a more sustainable future. By using natural materials I can ensure that my products do not harm the environment like synthetics do.

The first partner I chose was based in Switzerland with production in Braga, Portugal. This partnership was to develop a luxury 7 gauge knit hoodie made from 100% cotton. With this partner I was able to develop a 3d sample of my product. Yet when it was time for production, the factory wanted 360 euros just for the sample. I initially thought it was expensive but then said yes because I could make the financials work with that price. Then, after I agreed to the 360 euro price I was informed that there would be a 385 euro fee on top of this sample price that would only be refunded after a 100 unit bulk order was placed. After knowing this I knew I had to search my options and strategize about how to bring this brand to life.
